Do you unlock them in the bloodweb, or are the options we have for the survivors all we get until a DLC?

This is a quote from one of the devs, Dave.

"Weclome to the BETA Beanie, glad you're as excited as us :) Like peanits mentions, characters can be customized for different looks. Survivors have 2 outfits to chose from at BETA/Release and more will be released in the future. There is also another outfit available for all characters if you...oh wait...I shouldnt have said that. ;)"

so it sounds like dlc or just patched in equips along with the presitge clothes that were mentioned.
