I use both in my build because the default healing speed of self care is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
self care, bot knowledge, spine chill, resil
i wonder if u can self heal right infront of a killer behind a pallete :O
How so? Both are important to chases (reduced healing time during a chase means you get that heal off quicker and extend the chase even longer, reduced pallet time means less time breaking pallets more time catching up to the survivor)
you will always have to stand still to heal and that usually means youre in a safe location until you drop that pallet. using resilience instead of all the other good perks there are is just dumb imo
