Can I choose which killers to go against?
Trappers all feel like bots and the Hillbilly's do the same thing.
Can I choose to go against Nurse's and Wraiths.

Bots just stand there swinging... And no that would completely defeat the feeling of being hunted.

No.

Lol.. survivor complaining.. Hello Kitty Adventure Island sounds more your speed.

As much as I hate Trappers, it would be unfair to be able to select your killers (especially since you could build around countering them)
Terrible idea. the survivors would just switch to trapper and and run small game saboteur.

Evil I just played vs you as trapper, one of your team was a teleporter and another infiniter. Fun hey. Maybe try not standing on the harvester then jumping off the side to avoid traps by using the haystack to jump off? Maybe game would be more fun if people stopped using things they find to do every exploit that they can for a win and play as intended more people would be having fun instead of this boring crap the survivors have made this dying game.

I find it paradoxical that I am one of the very few high-rank Wraith players and yet receive nonstop constant BM for the fact of it.

Here we have Survivors who complain about fighting nothing but Trappers or the odd Hilly.

They meet a Wraith player who, reliably, often 3 or 4 mans most teams. I dont camp, I patrol, stealth-ambush and know when to counter-juke those bastards trying to run exploit'ey spots like the Conservatory windows on Crotus Prenn Asylum.

I still need 2 hits on the same target to down someone. They are often hooked and rescued at least twice. Each. All of them.

Then, at the end of every game, I am barraged with nonsense such as 'Noob Killer! Play a better character!' or 'Wraith ur so bad, play Trapper and suck less!'

Which is highly ironic considering most of them are dead.

I will say for sure though, Wraith needs some love and attention.

He has a much harder job than any of the other Killers.

My suggestion would be no slowdown when cloaking / uncloaking. Or at least specifically when uncloaking - to get in those surprise attacks rather than see them Sprint-Burst away before you've even decloaked fully.

And given how the Flashlight directly counters the Wraith and a lot of what he does.

And given how even when "invisible" he can clearly be seen.

And heard.

And the speed bonus when moving while invisible is so slight it might aswell not be there at all.

And how you lose any benefit of that speed bonus while invisible due to being slowed to a crawl while cloaking or uncloaking with a VERY LOUD giveaway sound.

Will not happen.
The dev's are responsible to not let that happen in the first place and they dodge that for a pretty long time. Things will not change until someone demonstrates them that they must be fixed. They were pretty surprised, when they saw people playing at PAX West. How infinites were abused and formed the flow of the game. As if it was new to them.
They're still playing in their rank 20 bubble sadly

I just played a game with a good wraith, and I can tell you, he killed all of the team. I do agree that the wraith is underrated. It's more difficult now that I don't use premonition or spine chill anymore, but I can still manage. I guess that playing each killer poses challenges as they are all different.

Some survivors only complain for the sake of it, really, or just because they got killed. I do like seeing people playing with other killers besides trapper. It doesn't matter if it's billy, wraith, or nurse, facing each of them have their little advantages and disadvantages and so you have to tweak your playstyle accordingly. I guess that’s what I like about the game, that you can either play as or against different killers with different abilities and ways of playing.

as a survivor main, i must say i appreciate a good killer, esp not trapper. wraiths are almost always guaranteed to make me lose a pip. you must be on some low rank/high skill survivors. nothing makes you want to crap your pants more than that bell right behind you.
keep on playing, those of us here to have fun and get scared are appreciative.

Thanks.

Its rough being a Wraith main but it is rewarding when you 3 or 4 man most teams.

The salt afterwards is astounding. They try every excuse in the book to justify their loss.

Though my comments do remain true. I've now been versusing pure Rank 1 teams of Survivors and the game just isnt as fun as it used to be.

Venrez, I've been trying to play the Wraith recently and I really like him, but most matches go rather bad - I get insta-burned by the flashlight while decloaking (thankfully won't happen so often anymore after the hotfix) and found myself helplessly watching the infinites on Coldwind Farm and Asylum. I managed to catch two of those infiniters simply by outsmarting them (=they got too cocky), but often the only thing I can do is walk away... I don't have any perks yet. Do you have any essential tips on to be a good Wraith? Or any specific guide you can recommend me?
