I got a really frustrating bug, I was lvl 23, and now lvl 16.

I already posted this, but since no one helped me, I'm posting it again.

Hi!
-Two days ago in my town there was a storm, and the lights cutted, when I was playing a match.
-The day after I opened the game again, but my computer wasn't working very well, so the "death screen" appeared.
- When I restarted the game the characters (Meg, and the nurse), that I was leveling up, had lower level than before :l .
-I was lvl 23 with Meg, whit 3000 blood points aprox, and suddenly I was lvl 16 whit 70k. (I also lost some items).
With the nurse I was 6-7, and suddenly I was in level 1 again. (I play more as a survival)
-I closed and reopened the game like 3 times, but that "bug" is still there.

I sent an email to some support from dbd but they told me to post it here. So, here it is.
Is really frustrating that after the efford leveling my characters this happens.
I didn't play after that "bug", just in case. But please help me. It's not fair, and you can see by the pictures that i'm not lying. (I'm not constantly taking pictures, so I don't have one of the nurse, sorry).

Es el savegame del juego. Te agregue para explicarte y de vez en cuando viciar. No hay mucho que puedas hacer si no tenes un backup. Al cortarse la luz, y (el juego) no guardar tu ultima sesion. Toma lo ultimo guardado que encuentra en tu pc. Por eso tu lvl 16 de nuevo y tu lvl 1 en la enfermera. Si los devs no te devuelven tu rango no hay nada que puedas hacer. Ya que tu "savegame" lvl 26 de Meg se "choteo" (no existe mas) con el corte de luz. :/
