You got them if you went to PAX there is no way currently of getting them but during the stream they did say that they will make these things available to everyone else eventually.

First you need a time machine, then you travel back in time to go to pax or become a kinda famous DbD streamer before pax

was only given to people who attended pax for the survivor ones and the trapper mask only given to those who played killer. hopefully they will be added for everyone in the future.
