You might as well set one of those reminders for like a few months from now, so you can come back to see what a joke this post was lmao
He is A tier at worst.
this happens to any other new killer, and this for ssure its going to happen with the knight as well
You're wrong and being quite ignorant. You use a lot of statements like "we all know this is broken" or "obviously", but none of what you're saying is obvious to anyone because it's very subjective and up for debate. So your arguments' stance and general tone aside, let's address the content.
He's like Nemesis but better, right? That works for me. Nemesis is underpowered. But I don't even agree with you. Let's show you why you're probably wrong.
1) The Knight can't move while setting his guards patrol. So he's doing nothing while he sets the path, which takes time away from actively hunting. That doesn't happen to nemesis.
2) Nemesis' zombies exist during the entire duration of the game. Guards are temporary
3) it's not 4v1 and I think you knew this already. He gets 1 guard to help every 20 seconds or so. That's not all game long, and it's never more than 1 guard. So we're back to 1v1 + 1 every minute or so realistically.
4) The guards are smarter than zombies. I'll grant you that. But it's about time. Zombies were horrible.
Do you watch streams with good killers playing Knight? While he looks like a TON of fun to use and play against, he does not seem overpowered. Scott Jund says he's a worse Artist. Otz is trying his best to showcase the good and fun of the killer, but overpowered isn't even close to describing him. I can't stomach watching Truetalent anymore so no clue what he's saying unless he's still just ranting about how everyone's against him.
Even if he ends up being a little strong, your argument was far too heavy handed for someone who doesn't know anything.
How about you go and watch how great AI is in DBD first on youtube and then come back?
Are you really expecting the most meme'd troll on the forum to concede he's wrong? You can automatically tell if anyone refers to Knight as 4v1 that they're trolling.
I've not seen much of the new killer, but his guard AI looks janky as hell. There will be times where it's godlike and shuts a loop down entirely and times where it does nothing but make you waste your time calling it in as the survivor makes more distance. It honestly seems more useful for multitasking like rapidly setting a 'kick gen' or 'break pallet' command while giving chase.
Some of his addons do seem pretty broken at the moment, like the one that reveals auras around pallets. Overall he seems like a very complex killer that may not get sufficient reward for that complexity. Time will tell once survivors learn to play against him and killers play with him.
You see these 2 things and you can ignore anything that person says about knight.
Sending the guards to patrol is the absolute worst use of the knights power and a horrible waste of time.
