Why is Ash survivor so hated?
Whenever I see someone joining the lobby with ash a lot of people pull out.
Idk whats so wrong with ash though. Maybe young people dont get nostalgie and asume a bad player?

Man of Mettle. If someone wants to play an M1 Killer and they see Ash, they're probably going to assume he has the perk, so they'll dodge. After all, why play in a match with someone bringing a crutch against lower tier Killers, when that's what you want to play?

I'd assume also that most people bought Ash for that perk specifically and maybe Flip Flop for SWF games. Meaning they might be of the more toxic crowd of players that gets boosted by their perks and safe mechanics, acting as if they're godlike players and BMs you no matter what you do or how you perform.

Quite simple really

The meta crutch players took over his player population and have given him a rep similar to claudette where you expect every player to be a toxic prick or just average

It is a real shame

MoM works on almost all killers who are not meta. The aura reading to me doesnt feel like a downside. Most of the time i see this perk its as they are going to the exit gate. If i use it i 99% myself then heal after a pallet/vault.

MoM actiavtes always at the end game.
You have to hit that survivor 6 times for it to become useful.
The counterpart is absolutely useless and the perk is imba as fugg.
always saves some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the gates.

I havent used MoM yet but it doesnt really sound like DS to me at all. You can take another hit but the downside it far worse!

I hate ash only cause of his voice, sounds ridiculous and annoying. Much worse than crying jake on hook. MoM is annoying especially in combination with other second chance perks but that is still bearable (wasting their p2w perk asap is best thing you can do), his voice is not :c

The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ downside only works when the perk activates and it activates 99% of the time at the end of the game, because having a survivor getting hit 7 times take s alot of time.
Jesus christ stop talking about the downside because there is no real downside.

I am a strange person then...

Because I've always hated Laurie for her Object Of Obession - Decisive Strike was completely Okay.
Voice communications and Object Of Obession is way too overpowered.
Like, sorry, but to know Killer's position every single time.. EVEN WHILE THE SURVIVOR IS HOOKED, which should never ever be a case.

I really felt the need to use Caps Lock.

I didn't know he was so hated?

The only thing I can think of is as a killer MOM is yet another very unfair survivor crutch perk that came with Ash, so that may be part of it.

Funny thing is I tend to hate Nea's more than any other when I play killer, even though I main my P3 Nea myself when I play survivor. I find that if any player is going to be toxic it is going to be a Nea for some reason, so I tend to target them when playing killer
