incorruptible:
Your obsession with the well being of others has either angered or amused the Entity.
For the duration of the trial when you are within 4/5/6 Meters of a survivor who takes damage, that damage is instead inflicted on you. Taking damage this way cannot put you into the dying state you normally, but will inflict the "broken" condition for 30 seconds. If the broken condition is already applied from any source while taking damage from from this ability you will be "targeted" by the Entity. Slowing movement by 10% for 15 seconds. Taking damage from this ability while "targeted" will put you into the dying state and make the "targeted" status persist until you are no longer in the dying state, or are removed from a hook; in which case, the status is removed immediately. If you are hooked while "Targeted" sacrifice takes place 20/15/10% faster.
Makes you more likely to become the Obsession.
"Targeted" does not decrease movement speed in the dying state.

Escape Artist:
In odd situations, your will to survive brings you insanely further.
After escaping the killer's grasp, a hook or any sort of trap, your overall action speed is increased by 100% for 40/50/60 seconds.
Focus:
Set your mind to ignore your surroundings and concentrate only on the true terror.
Disables the ability to hear any Terror Radius. You get an audio notification every 10 seconds if the killer is within a 24m/28m/32m range of you.
Hex: Bloody Valentine:
The Entity's whispers of two working well together only spurs your desire to tear them apart further.
The first two survivors to perform a co op action both become your Obsessions.
When obsessions perform co op actions with each other they perform them 20/15/10% faster, but mark both of them with the exposed condition for 15/30/45 seconds after stopping these co op actions.
Cleansing the totem removes the obsession status from one survivor.

Downsides: Missing skillchecks delays recovery time and cannot heal for 15 seconds once hit.
Basically, this perk is useful for evading and escaping killers around corners.

Your will to survive has reached an insane level. After performing 3 safe hook rescues and 2 gens are completed on your own, perk is activated. When perk is activated you can open hatch without a key requirement.

Fear of the beast's punishment terrifies you,
For each survivor hit you gain a token, when you reach 4 tokens, press the action button to temporarily increase vault speed by 30%, pallet break speed by 20% and gain a 3% movement speed increase. This effect lasts for about 30? seconds?

All hex perk totems appear unlit.

The pain of being wounded weakens the spirit and your resolve.
When a survivor is injured, a penalty is applied depending on how long the survivor is injured for.
45 seconds, blinded and hemorage status effect is applied
75 seconds, hindered and slower repair speed is applied

WHen you crouch but not move for 4 seconds, you enter a Fetal Position and become very hard to see.

Lost all gained blood points (Minimum 5,000). Then press Space bar while stand still to get random purple item with best add-on.
After being on hook for 2 stages in one instance you are able to transfer your body to any available hooks on the map.

Elaboration- This will punish campers and encourage killers not to camp. Its DS for camping.

Everytime you get stunned, the actions to break the Pallets and regress Generators become 20 % faster for fifteen seconds.
Also blocks the last damaged Generator for fifteen seconds from being repaired.
The Hunter's ritual
Your satisfaction of hooking your prey has reached the maximum.
Earn up to 15/20/25 % more Bloodpoints in Brutality and Deviousness actions after each Hook, up to a maximum of 60/80/100 %.
Increases the maximum amount of Bloodpoints in Brutality and Deviousness categories up to 10 000.
Each Hook repairs itself after ten seconds after being Sabotaged or Destroyed by the Entity Sacrifices.
A friend of the air
Start the trial with 0/1/2 Tokens.
Everytime you break a Pallet, damage a Generator, hit a Survivor, gain a Token, up to a maximum of 8 Tokens.
Everytime when you're about to disturb the Crows, lose a Token and prevent the Crows from being disturbed.
A friend of the air has no cooldown.
Clean skin
Reduce your hitbox by a 4/7/10 % for a five seconds after entering a Chase, and moderately silent your footsteps for the whole trial.
The hitbox reduction has a cooldown of a 30/25/20 seconds.
