Off the record

i was playing against deathslinger and i had perk called off the record. If you're unhooked the perk activates. It gain endurance and old iron will. I was after deatshlinger shoot so i had mending effect. Also i had off the record endurance. When killer hit me i died. But i was looking on my effects and i still had ENDURANCE. is this a bug or something else??

Deep Wounds (the mending effect) prevents Endurance from being activated.

so legion and deathslinger are counters for todays metaperk

Yes, pretty much.
Behavior added this, to prevent the stacking of multiple endurance effects (as was seen on the ptb).

understandable but if i play adrenaline, lithe , off the record and something else if deathslinger that tunnels me turn off almost all perks cuz off the record as i said adrenaline cuz i died to fast and lithe cuz he can shoot throw windows/palets
