DBD-PUBG Crossover Is Broken

I've played 2 matched in PubG DbD and the browser thing is broken. Why the ♥♥♥♥ was it made so convoluted just to get the skin, I've been trying for like 3 hours at this point (from pubg crashes, doing the training missions, and then replaying matches trying to get the browser to work) which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Just give us a freaking code for gods sake and stop making us jump through frustrating hoops ._.

Yep, I might even pay a few bucks for the outfit if they just allowed it. Like they should. In-game items that can only be gained OUTSIDE of the game are BS.

Idk if it's relevant but the page in browser is giving me a popup saying "User information is missing. Please enter again through the in-game banner."

I click the ingame banner for pubg and it just sends me to a lobby and the in brower page remains the same.

yes but the in game banner if you do not have pop ups off and cookies on for your browser
will do absolutely nothing for you and you can sit here till the event end or just turn them on do the event then shut them off again

I've accepted cookies and turned off my addblocker, if that's what you mean.

Should I be able to play a match and get the code now...?

there is also this section of the guide not sure you saw it or not

THERE ARE SOME REPORTS
-that you have to play a match first before you the news page will load but it is retroactive meaning you should get credit for having done the mini game and can get the code, but worst case scenario after doing the above steps do another match incase...i personally only had to do it once
-also some players are saying you have to do the tutorial first, and just as many saying they didnt need to, so if you are having issues you may have to just spend a bit more time than you wanted and finish the tutorial

from the reports given to me in order to get around the current issue with not recieving the skin or able to do the dbd mini game and all the steps above you are forced to do the tutorial

you can get it all in one go even though it says do 10 matches, you do not have to do the 10 matches just complete the 3 objective, drive the vehicle x amount of distance, kill 5 people and survive 15 minutes after this you should have no more issues

i personally could go right into the mini game but its not the same for everyone

here is the image on how to go directly to the event even if the news feed is not giving you the web link start match choose a side but for first mission i would suggest survivor save the headache!

then you are the first of all the ones to leave comments and concerns to have issues, only other option if the pubg forums are to be believed is go into the news feed uptop and wait there it cycles through each feed after a specific ammount of time

This all seems like a logical process. DBD players should have to do all of this to get a skin.

I was being sarcastic. It's silly that not only do players who want the skin have to download and install a 33 GB game they probably aren't interested in (otherwise they would have probably been playing it since the five years or however long it's been out), they have to use a certain browser and accept cookies and twirl in place while rubbing their stomach and tapping their head.

Someone wanted a partnership, fine. There's financial incentive for both parties, I get it. The two games have absolutely nothing to do with each other but whatever, neither did For Honor or Attack on Titan. But at least in those cases the items in question could be acquired in-game without all this extraneous nonsense.

Did all the fixes, played a third match, still no skin. It's completely broken.

if u win a match in training matches so u can skip all 10. after u finish the training matches on the bottom right u 'll see an event section (lab). to start the missions u need to be in game and press from top right the dbd x pubg event.
p.s: a played match is a match who has minimum 5 minutes of normal play including spectating time
don't get too frustrated cuz you have time till 11.07 07:00 (UTC)
