To be honest, since couple month I get this issue everyday which result in ban when it happen in-game, now I'm at 48hrs ban and this is ridiculous, I didnt even play a full game today before it happen. I tried everything and it point out thats a RAM problem with EAC, I'm using optane memory which work diffrently than basic RAM with temp files. Can AEC do something about this, because to be honest I can't play properly anymore. Played for 2 years without problem and now its getting worse.

Can I get a refund for this kind of problem ?!

you can refund if you played for less than 2 hrs on steam ❕

it needs to be under a 2 week window of the purchase and under 2 hours, if one of these are passed you are not guaranteed a refund

Well, I played for 2 years. It just that I want to play, but I can't because of AEC and this error everyday. Without ban, I wouldnt complain, but now I'm at 48hrs ban which is kinda annoying.

You can write a request to EAC support and see what they suggest, it may take a few weeks though, and it's likely that you can solve this or find a conclusion in the meantime if you dig in for a few hours on net.

Firstly, please verify your game file via Steam using the steps below, then try to play the game.

Go to your Steam Library.
Right-click on Dead by Daylight.
Click "Properties".
Click on the tab "Local Files".
Click "Verify integrity of game files...".
If the error persists, please try the following:

Open CMD as an administrator.
Type "sfc /scannow" without quotation marks and run the command.
This may take some time to complete, but please allow this to finish before restarting your machine.
We are aware that this particular code can be related to faulty or failing hardware - specifically your RAM modules. We strongly recommend running tests on your internal hardware to ensure it is functioning correctly.

It's not on steam, just use your default browser and search it, that's what I did when EAC happened to act up.

I'll try the internal hardware test, tbh thats the only thing I didnt try yet.
