There is no positive to this. Only rework that would be half acceptable is making it 1 use only , then its disabled. just like DS, UB, camaraderie, slippery meat, adrenaline, deliverance, all perks that impact a killers pressure in a powerful way, are 1 time uses, and making someones hook pause, such as camaraderie, is 1 time use. and theres no reason to outdate that perk for one thats objectively better
