I dont know who in their right mind would look at both these changes and instead of implementing them one by one to see how it works out just bashes them both in at the same time.
Needless to say that my opinion of bhrvs implementation remains unchanged in the negatives.

You need more help escaping? then invest more in perks that help you in a chase and pick less aura reading perks, You got 4 perk slots... use them wisely.
Someone hasn't used nerfed DS😂. Even Otz showed how useless the 3 second stun is.
Everything else is fine imo
