Alas, there is no cure for MMR mechanics.
You want to keep your performance as consistent as possible so you can work out what is or isn't working. At the same time don't fall into the thinking of 'I did this a few times, I only got one hook or everyone escaped, therefore it's not correct'. DBD is insanely high variance and you can and will be punished repeatedly whilst doing the correct thing. In fact worse than that, you'll do the correct thing and be beaten by people doing something suboptimal. You have to keep doing the correct thing in the face of this stuff knowing that, over time, you'll gain more than you lose.
My main tip for either role would be to know what your match plan is and rarely deviate from it. On killer that would be roam/don't roam/patrol, or to run people across the map for a down or just try and get a quick down and if not move back to defending, etc, to rely heavily on perk effects or on the killer abilities, etc. On survivor knowing whether you intend to interact with the killer, whether you're even set up for chasing based on perks, or whether you're purely looking to efficiently do gens, or something else (eg altruism, totem clearing/booning etc).
Then you really have to try and keep a clear head and after a few dozen matches say, 'okay I've been trying this way of playing for a while, but when I do, mostly this happens - should I learn to play around that happening or should I try something different?'. Keep a log in a spreadsheet after each game, just be clinical about it, and the process will also help you clear your thoughts and move onto the next match.
If you want to record your games and post them on YT or something I'm sure people would be happy to comment. Either way good luck and I hope your match results have a 'twist of fate' ;)
Otherwise :
=> you can play meta killer to try to stand a chance but it lack of variety
=> you can try to play meta perk With meta perks to hope make it but again it lack variety
=> you can try to use some strategy but it will be random : map and survivor side mainly.

This is a video I made long time ago where I mained Freddy and won basically every game, and used the same perk build.
I haven't played so so good but decent, most of my games were better😅
