Because I'm about to pay $5 for a survivor just for his Empathic Connection perk.
If you want a healer build ... maybe go for We gonna live forever, who bring again 100% for people in dying states, and is boosted on PTB by bringing also BT.
Reminders :
Base is 1 CP, so 16 seconds.
100 % is 8 seconds by making 2 cp.
200 % is 5,33 seconds by making 3 cp.
Botany is a good perks only if you bring a med-kit with at least 24 charges to heal yourself two time either it's a perks thats provide 2-3 seconds as base healing, with go up to 4 on ptb, but it's still a more a "personnal perk" since he is only "ok" if you have no med-kit for exploit the 33% reducing consuming charge.
Desperate situation ( not the perk who sound like it ) is more with people on the ground than people escaped or just save from the hook.
So why I say it's a mess with your build, well, you unhook the survivors ... they don't have to find you, also ... after 100 % it's highly degressive, 8 seconds is already real quick.
If you plan to do savage unhook who will result with your mate took a hit before this 8 seconds, just take BT.
Empathic connection is a baiter to make the Triage achievement, it's also better with autodidact since he work only on the others, it's a call for make it stack quick, either than this specific situation the 10 % is to weak, and the aura reading is one of the lowest rewarding, as example autodidact max charge, bring 8 seconds on each QTE so you will have the same effect of WWMI but the situation is changed : Unhook became requiring 5 QTE to be at maximum token, luck with your side it's the only perks that's will allow you to heal under 4 seconds a survivor, without having to wound yourself ( for the people).
Also We will make it, is a perks that's force you into altruism at 100 % by meaning be the first everytime to unhook for keep the uptime of the 100 % speed who only remains 90 seconds.
Also having a decent medkit bring along 50 - 70 % so you already have 200 % speed healing if it's required, you can go of course to 300 % but the gain is too weak, and will be provided in dying state for your mate if you bring WGLF, with is the only situation when a healer can force a trade, since for the people can be disable by killer by wounding you.
If you have the choice, and when survivors to be quick to find with a better reveal than aura, just take a boon CoH or what ever, survivor go in this area when they are wounded, CoH provide nearly same effect than aura reveal, but also protect you from troll who may use you as decoy, (they don't use only your aura to go for heal, but to give you to the killer), with the upside of you will also gain 50 % speed, and if you are on hook they can self-heal.
The only remaining side of having so many % is to make tick the syringe in less time imaginable, but you will survive better with a exhausting perk than rely on a seringe who are iri, so rare, and expensive.
Here is my actual build as example with is already highly regressive.
Botany - Distorsion - WGLF , WWMI + Yellow med kit + charge add-on + 15 % speed.
Distorsion is for the même of being not being spot by lame aura reveal.
But you could go Boon or Build to last to upgrade your survive, Pharmacy post PTB is also a good things.
In Retail this build provide in less than 5 seconds the heal under med-kit, who is enough to make a bet in forcing a survivor to get up under tunneling, but with the new PTB delay attack, it's will probably not in most situation.
So your build by having 10 % instead of 100 % will not be enough healing to savage save people who are tunneled, you will mostly be downed if you try.
For even say, under ALL effect on with PTB numbers, this build it's reach over 300 % according to what I bring with med-kit, but still not 400 % to reach a rounds numbers, 4 seconds comeback.
You are not right.
this is why you say it :
Version 2.6
Helping others heightens your morale.
For each Survivor you rescue from a Hook, gain an additional 100 % Altruistic Healing Speed increase for 30/60/90 seconds.
Cumulative Healing Speed bonuses cannot exceed 100 %.
But now in 4.0.2
Helping others heightens your morale.
Whenever you rescue a Survivor from a Hook, your Altruistic Healing speed is increased by 100 % for 30/60/90 seconds.
It's do a comeback has is first version with was design to alone stack 300 %, but this time you have to tag it with other perks to reach those numbers.
And thanks everyone for helping out.
It does. The 100% cap in the description just meant how much you can get from unhooks alone. So for example, if you unhook 2 survivors in a short time, you won't get 200% increase.
You can easily see if it stacks by running both WGLF and We'll make it and then heal a downed survivor. You can get them up *really* fast.
Anyway, they ended up removing it from the description because it was too confusing for some people.
At least they only have 2 health states and not something silly like, say, five. Only a complete lunatic would think that's okay.
