The combo is they stack so you can get unhooked, then healed up, while still having OTR, so you get 4 healthstates. Add mettle of man for 5, lol
I guess, they will definitely do something about that
but the guy that got unhooked can bodyblock twice for the unhooker. That is the issue.
its not really about what will happen with this, its about what is possible this this, people WILL adapt to a play style that is strong, imagine everyone running OTR, sure they can´t do a gen but if the bodyblock enough and the chase gets away they can go on a gen while the OTR guys loops the killer
On top of that OTR is not disabled in the end game so if 3 people are up they can reset, 99 gates, unhook, body block and you can't stop them.
And Survivor mains will still complain about the game! We love them
Exhaustion caused by some endurance effects from perks, but not from naturally occurring endurance effects like unhooking or legion.
