The upside is ranged attacks, the downside are some are easy to bait/tell, or if you're good enough at looping, always breaking LOS, then you last longer and win the game more often.
Huntress takes skill and suffers greatly if she misses, a huntress who misses the majority of her hatchets is a huntress who loses the game
Nemesis and Artists just hold W lol, if Nem hits you that is an extra third hit he has to land if he trying to whip you to death and any chest high cover you can just crouch behind and he misses and artist you just run away when you see her set up a bird at the loop.
Trickster is just map reliant, if the map has alot of ways to break LOS he suffers but if it doesn't then he does better
In general, killers with ranged slow down while using range, and you should be early-dropping pallets on them out of LOS to try and create a stronger loop and force the break, not going for the stun.
Beyond that, look behind you, juke, and use cover. If you drop a pallet on a Nemesis or Huntress going for the stun or when they've got clear LOS on you, you get what you deserve. So don't deserve it.
Hold W, juke, and weave behind cover. All killers will catch you in time, unless you have an actual God Window spawn and don't mess it up or get mindgamed, and if you can force them into an M1 chase, you can buy as much time as possible.
nemesis on open field is quite easy to dodge, on pallets and windows its not possible on lvl 1 , on lvl 2 he can destroy pallets by dodging slightly to the right his tentacle will aim at the pallet and miss you , he has to hit you 3 times with his tentacle and you get a speed boost 2 times so run away from him. he also is very slow while holding his tentacle when in doubt bring a stone between you and him and then run away from the loop
huntress is very loud and tons of people can dodge from that alone (i cant xD)
trickster is slow and gets even slower for every knive he uses avoid loops with hipp high objects bec he can throw over that and maybe dont use corn maps offering most killer suck on corn maps but trickster loves these
Not really, the ranged attack usually has a shorter cooldown than the M1 does. It's why you see so many Huntress pros who will still use their hatchets on you point blank instead of swiping at you. They recover faster and you gain a little less distance.
