New Lampkin Lane is still pretty bad
I really don't see what people think is so special about this updated version of the map.

I will give credit where credit is due, the map visually looks really nice, but it plays like garbage.

The loops are terrible unless you are in one of two specific buildings and/or happen to be using balanced landing (loops shouldn't be balanced around bringing specific perks).
There are almost zero obstacles (pallets or windows) connecting one side of the street to the other.
The map feels extremely small while also feeling extremely open. This allows even the least mobile of killers to traverse the map in no time at all.
You can have 4 of the 7 generators spawn in the middle of the street at the same time all within line of sight of each other. This makes it so there is no reason at all for killers to traverse the map.
One of the houses is literally RNG as to if its even available as part of the map (why is this a thing? There is a random component to how much play space you have for no reason which can drastically effect your ability to connect obstacles).

To be fair, its better than the previous version of the map where the loops were generally just too damn strong. But that doesn't make it a good map, that just makes it better than a terrible map.

The map is trash now, completely.

Well hadonfied change quite a bit : now main you have three main loop outside and most building which act as hide / loop spot. The rest are unsafe loop.
Seems a pretty good map for me ( especially as I don’t run exhaustion perk).

"Noooo, another (slightly) killer-favored map, that's about 5 of them now out of 36, so unfair"

"slightly" unsafe is a major understatement. But you keep breathing in that copium.

The issue that I have with all of the loops is that it is nearly impossible to link anything together. Once you commit to a loop you are basically stuck there until you die, the pallets are extremely far away from each, and if they are already broken there is nothing for you to vault to gain any extra space. I would love to see even just a Z-Wall or something in the middle of the street (maybe made with the metal fencing or cinder blocks?) to give some way to even potentially cross the street without guaranteeing the killer a free hit.

The map feels absolutely killer sided to me.. A bit too much.
If there were.. Let's say, four more pallets in total, it'd have probably solved it and made it somewhat balanced.

Sure, things may go really crazy and differently than what I'm used to, if you were to pick the best players on both sides and match them against each other, so I'm not taking this in mind.
From what I have experienced so far, it was OK in its size, but the majority of the map is unsafe.

If the killer is Anna or MacMillan, you'll probably run into some troubles..

I feel the map is fairly balanced now. I can´t think of one time I even got killed there since the changes.
(I don´t run exhaustion perks, maybe is that the reason? I do loops normally)

While I don't claim to be the best looper in the world I consider myself a fairly decent looper. And I get killed on that map fairly frequently, but its almost always due to the fact that windows get blocked, or there are no pallets left on the map (there only seems to be 3-4 pallet spawns total at any given time)

Try to not be so dependent on pallets. The bushes in front of the houses are awesome.

That map have some really strong loops, better than a basic shack.

Show me a clip of you losing a chase against a competent killer with more than 2 brain cells by using a bush.

Also not completely reliant on pallets, but pallets and windows are the ONLY tools survivors have (besides maybe Quick and Quite into a locker) to gain distance on killers mid chase. So you are forced to be reliant on one of those two things. Pallets being the only one that can force killers out of blood lust.

There is 1 building with good loops. The rest are kinda mediocre at best. I also wouldn't say that they are better than shack, not even remotely.

You're kidding right? there are MAYBE 4 that are sorta survivor sided now, the rest are 100% killer. lmao... if you lose on all but 5 maps as killer that's a skill issue not a map issue.

Not every loop conduct to another. If that was the case, you would create loop potentially infinite.

The pallet work based on experience like this : in the center you have a few pallet and near each building you have a few others which is basically a good idea.

For pallet break argument … it works with every map …

Middle of the map ? It is one of the best loop spot out of some building.

I am not asking for every loop to be able to connect to each other, but not a single one of the loops connect to each other without the use of a pallet.

I have never once seen a pallet in the center of the updated version of the map. Not a single time. I have seen them infront of the building at the end of the road, but that isn't what I would consider the center of the map.

Explain to me how the middle of the map is "one of the best loop spot" when there are literally no obstacles in it.............???????????????????????????????????????????
