broken and endurance perks

does being broken cancel out off the record or dead hard? cause i just got hit through both perks

If you have Deep Wound, you will get downed regardless.

Being hit with either gives you Deep Wound, but if you already have it, RIP.

Also Off the Record doesnt work when all gens are done i believe.

Broken just means you can't heal yourself or others for a health state. Exhausted can prevent DH, because, well.. It's an exhaustion perk.
