The Silent Hill DLC
Look up which DLC packs are rated the best (I do hear a lot of good things about the Silent Hill DLC, which I do have, but I don't have any strong leaning toward it over all the rest). You can also buy her a few characters in-game for five dollars a pop, OR for in-game money if those characters are DBD originals and not licensed.
If you know that she uses specific characters you can buy her a few clothing sets for those characters, which can also be purchased through cash or in-game money (it depends on the outfit). Women can be hard to shop for though. I wouldn't try buying my girlfriend clothes so I'd be leery about buying cosmetics for her unless I knew she wanted them.
Maybe ask her ? I know you'd like to surprise her but I think asking her could also help your budget .. you might find that you can't afford to spend that much .. or she have a big wishlist :) ..
this is so sweet and I am sure she wil enjoy the cosmetics and the gesture.
A) buy DLCs
B) buy aurelic cells and wait for discounts and use them on cosmetics
C) spend it wherever she wants on steam since the deposited money can not be withdrawn anyway
