Wait you can seriously get banned if the the killer manages to push a survivor onto another survivor working a gen?
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/139-game-rules
So, does my understanding still apply or it is different?
Leading the killer to another survivor is not sandbagging; most of the time it's solo queue and the survivors don't know you're there.
So in theory you can get banned for being in a bad situation.
So if you dont know where everyone is you can get banned because you a preventing them from doing gens?
Thats what I thought, I thought the goal of the killer is to preassure the survivors from doing gens. If they happen to push a survivor off a gen it shouldn't be bannable.
Thats almost like getting banned for getting chased
What you are describing is not bannable. Also, almost nobody is going to go through the entire process of booting up a recording program mid-match, film you being chased towards them, report it in-game after the match, upload the video somewhere, and then also file a second report through BHVR's website. Even if the moderation team ever bothered to review that report, they could instantly see it's an empty report.
why is blocking even a thing among survivors. We should be able to pass through each other
makes the game more challenging in that you all can't take the same route, also does this mean killers can double hit survivors is they stacked on top?
Suggested multiple times. My guess is that the dev team is afraid of Survivors intentionally making stacked travel groups for "ambiguous hits" to mess with the servers during EGC gate rushes.
