Off the record is bugged and/or not working at all

Off the record gives you 80 seconds after being unhooked that you can take a hit, yet I get unhooked and get hit and am down right away. Off the record is showing its active and no its not after the last gen is completed. So off the record should be working, last night and even today the perk isn't working.

I haven't run OTR recently, with that said, maybe you have healed/unhooked/repaired a generator? These actions are called conspicuous action and cancel out the endurance status effect of the perk.

If you did a conspicuous action the perk stop endurence effect is remove but the iron will effect is still active so maybe that why you see the perk active and go down.

I am not sure it's a global issue otherwise forums/twitter would be flooded given it's a meta perk lol

I thank you for all the responses, I had posted to see if others were having the same issue or whether it was just me. I had not done any conspicuous actions and none of the times were at the end game. Last night and the beginning of this evening play I had the issue but after taking the perk off and playing multiple rounds as well as restarting the game it seems to be working all right now.

I first noticed something was off last night when I went against a twins and after being unhooked and not doing anything I was in chase with victor and when he finally hit me with his pounce I went straight down instead of endurance procing. No it was not end of game and OTR was still active it hadn't been 80 seconds yet. After that game I had a game against a wraith which again I should have gotten a endurance proc and it just put me straight on the floor. Hoping it was just some strange temporary bug, as I usually run OTR and never have issues.
