They haven't implemented the new voiceovers yet. It will be available with the dlc release.

I thought it was Kate. But yeah her sounds are extremely familiar. Don't even fit tbh.

It's a placeholder for now, she'll get a new voice later on

It's in the patch notes that she doesn't have her sounds yet. They will be there in the final update

they did the same for Adam by giving Tapp's voice and Spirit had the Nurse's stun sounds

She has no voice over in PTB but it will change when it's actually out
