We all know who hunk is, which is why i would rather play him as a survivor over some lunatic running around with a knife. It just doesn't suit him. He's not that type of killer, regardless if he's a villain. Him being a survivor would have been more accurate to the type of work he did as mr reaper.

The dlc's are obviously pulling from 0~5 and maybe 6, but definitely not going into 7+. From the cast, there's not a lot of villains that translate well into non-licensed killers. RE villains are almost entirely some weirdo on an intercom that doesn't fight or it's a giant monster. You maybe could put like, Saddler over Wraith or Blight and Krauser as Oni. But they're nowhere near as memorable. Either way, if you found out they were going to put Hunk, but decided on Saddler instead because people might think he doesn't fit enough as a killer, you'd be way more upset.

Fact of the matter is, Hunk has always been listed as a villain, not a hero, so he fits the killer role and that lets them put him in this game. Most dlc's don't bring skins for other characters at all. Plus he's a fan favorite, not necessarily the one Crapcom wants to promote. So getting him in any way is a win honestly.

Vext this is the 2nd time you've mentioned hunk as a villain. Survviors aren't "Hero's" either, idk where that analogy came from. Go tell the Silent hill fans how James is a "Hero". And your pushing your own ideals onto the argument. Getting him in any shape or form is not a win, for everyone. Hes a Legion skin, I'm not playing legion to play as hunk. I'd rather play him as a survivor. So i'm simply not buying him. Not to mention him doing such a sloppy kill as legion, is an insult to hunk. Over him getting nerfed by the entity and having to survive to play on his Mr. Reaper title of you know... surviving.

Because Hero and Villain is the terminology that Resident Evil tended to use, mostly because they were obsessed with shoving bad multiplayer into everything. You can swap them for Protagonist and Antagonist. There's no real difference. But either way, you could also just admit that your only real complaint is that you want to play survivor, and you're upset that you don't get to play with him the way that you want.

Personally. I see it like this: Hunk doesn't work with others. He's the loner wild card who does his mission his way. Not to mention, and this is going to sound a bit stupid considering the pre-existing survivors, but... Given all the gear he wears, what would Hunk have to fear of any other killer outside of actual monsters? He has guns, grenades, knives, etc. Them making him a killer skin is probably just for the intimidation factor since none of the other survivors come as armed as he would if he were on their side.
(He wears a gas mask, so the Clown's bombs wouldn't work on him.)

Do you have any idea how stupid Hank would look working with Jill or Leon? With the same success, Wesker could become a survivor and, together with Chris, repair one generator for the sake of a common goal! Just no no no and no again!

1998 Chris wasnt as good at bare hand fightin and other kind of martial arts fighting as he becomes later on. Same with 1998 Leon, they werent experienced zombie killin machines at that moment. Them 1998 and Hunk are whole diffrent layer

You can imagine how Jill, Ada, Leon, and even Chris are running away from a dangerous enemy, but Hank will definitely go straight for it! On top of that, Hank is going to look really stupid in all his gear. It's just...why would he need a gas mask, being a survivor?

Better have it and not need it, then need it and not have it
