Take of windows of opportunity and take a Decisive if you like it.
- Sprint Burst (getting to a loop faster once you're found)
- Deceisive Strike (free get-out-of-jail card so you can try to loop once more)
- Windows of Opportunity (more geared towards beginners so you can get used to pallet/window locations)
Tunnel and camping isn't fun for me, but it does usually mean me and the other play end with around 10-13k instead of 20-30k.

Adrenaline
Exhaustion of your choosing
Windows of Opportunity
Self care is not needed since you'll be looping
Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.
Auras of Pallets IconHelp pullDown.png and vaults are revealed to you when within a range of 20 metres.
Windows Of Opportunity has a cool-down of 60/50/40 seconds when vaulting or dropping a Pallet during a Chase.
"Rise and shine, work hard, carve out your name,
Take aim, pull the trigger, hit the bulls eye for fame,
Know the value of faith, an' family, and don't you complain,
Open wide, your windows of opportunity"
— Kate Denson's "Windows Of Opportunity"
Unique to Kate Denson until Level 35, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors.

Dead Hard, Decisive Strike, Adrenaline and Windows Of Opportunity.
It's like asking for a build to camp good when all you need to do is literally staing still in front of the hook
It's painfully punishing for Killers whose movement speed is lower than normal as it can take up to 70% longer to get within range, more than twice the time as normal. Well, assuming they don't have their own Haste to dispute yours.
Killers such as The Hag, The Huntress and The Spirit can suffer heavily from this should they not manage to use their Power to turn the odds.
It is possible to loop infinitely just like in the old times for the duration of this Perk if The Shape is using Scatched Mirror, Vanity Mirror or Judith's Tombstone.
Sprint Burst is a must;
Adrenaline is a good choice, but not a perk you must have;
Windows Of Opportunity is a good perk, but once you learn the locations (where they spawn mostly) , you won't need it anymore
Decisive Strike is a good one, but once you use it, you'll waste your perk - in short, it's not worth it.
Self Care isn't a must too, but if you rather carry a flashlight than a med-kit, get this perk;
Lithe isn't bad, and kinda losses it's effectivity, due to the Sprint Burst (Once you got Exhausted, it takes some time until you get ready to use any perk causing Exhausted effect. You must likely use Sprint Burst over the Lithe.
Balanced Landing isn't bad, but you're not going to find many pallets in the houses, so you'll do better, if you forget to take this perk;
Dance With Me can also be a good perk, if you manage to get some distance between yourself and the Killer. You can hide in the locker when he or she tries to search for you by openning them, you'll quickly vanish away without leaving any Scratch Marks for three seconds;
Iron Will could come in handy in some situations, but again, it's not the must;
Dead Hard is very handy, so think about this one...;
No Mither can be traded in for Iron Will. Probably pick this perk into the night too;
Vigil can help you to regenerate faster from the Exhaustion status as well as from the other ones...;
If you have some Chinese Firecrackers or Winter Party Starters, try to use them, but I highly doubt you have. (From Patch 1.4.0 to 1.8.3.
