1. You just have to get better at tracking when they hide.
2. Spine Chill is not the problem. Most SWF are in calls & just called you out when they saw you or go the notification from the perk
3. If you're really about to quit this game over a Perk, then you might as well Alt + F4 & delete the game.
It just makes everyone else laugh that you're complaining over a perk that is not even good.
but then again alot of perks are broken when you add in voice coms.
90% of survivors are scum anyway and toxic and tbag you while they escape through the gate.

but of coarse its probably because thier perks wasnt as good cause they just run to another gen when you get remotely close before you can even see them and it was also at auto haven wreckers.
how ever watching him play i seen one of my major flaws that i always do and thats immidiatly taking someone to the hook instead of letting them bleed out on the ground while i find another suvivor before putting the person bleeding out on the hook.
This comes with time and playing its tedious playing killer if you go out full on trying to kill everyone at the start, play the game for fun, do not worry about kills, the more you chase and hook the more bloodpoints you get to lvl up the killers you like and once you get better the kills will come more frequently.
I am not sure if you read the DBD wiki if not its a great source to find out all the perks available and to see a build you would like and who you need to lvl up for certain teachables.
The perks you tend to the see the most are below as they are all good perks and highly used for a reason, they are not always used together but you will see a combination of them in most builds more often than not.
BBQ and Chilli is the best perk for killers to farm bloodpoints
Nurses calling is great
Enduring is great on most killers
Ruin well its a hit or miss some say you need it others say its not worth it but it can be destroyed within 20 seconds of starting
i also played billy today and hes a whole lot easier to play because he has huge map presence because of being able to chainsaw sprint around the map until he finds a survivor and his perks look pretty good to boot.
I can assure you it isn't 90%, more like from what I've personally seen in all my games that i've played, more like 30% would be way more reasonable.
Then again you probably don't even care about my opinion because if you're complaining about spine chill, and have a negative attitude towards survivors in general, then you likely wouldn't care because I mostly play swf and I still play games where most of the time the killer gets a 2-4k, unless they're just bad or something.
