Hex: Crowd Control Rework

Since Hex perks are unreliable I think the following change would make HCC viable.

1. Get rid of Hex part
2. For each survivor the last window/pallet they quick vaulted is blocked for only them for 10/20/30secs. IE you can't sandbag your team.
3. Multiple quick window vault blocks still apply.

Is you want to get rid of the Hex status, it should have a CD cuz it would be Bamboozle on steroids or 1 window per Survi.

Rework Boon theory: eachtime a main killer crys and moans posting op killer perk survivors get instant action such as repairing, healing, cleansing, unlocking, etc.

Each stack penalties the killer with bloodpoints, Iridescent Shards, Auric Cells and given to all survivors. Endgame causes the killer to wait 10 minutes when survivors escape if disconnected killer gets 4 times penalty time.

Could be a boon that do the same for crying survivors?

How exactly would you produce a cooldown for 4 survivors?

See # 2 It blocks the last window/pallet IE the one before it is unblocked unless it hits the 3 vault rule and only last a max of 30 secs.

It's fine as a hex, if you can't handle the high risk high reward system of hexes just don't use them. Not every killer perk needs to be OP to be ok to use.
