Overwhelming Presence
This perk is extremely horrible. If survivors are in your terror radius, they use item charges much faster. How could this perk be changed to be not extremely horrible. Maybe survivors suffer from exposed status if they use an item in your terror radius for 20 seconds

Starstruck already pretty much counters flashlights, as well as bodyblocking, and lasts longer than 20 seconds.

It's good on a Distressing TR or Dark Devotion build and/or in small maps. That's about it.

Doctor perks should be like that... and don't even compare to infectious fright! xD

Not every perk needs to be incredibly OP.. it's fine the way it is.

uh this perk is not bad as i i been hit by this perk anny timeswhen tyrign to use m yped kid green and all of suddenly it runs out within 3 sec of me useing it i'm like wtf so its pretty good as it makes pedkids etc tun out so much faster

There's a pretty big gap difference between "incredibly OP" and the "barely usable" that Overwhelming Presence currently is lol
Honestly I feel like Overwhelming should remove the TR restriction and apply to the full trial, but maybe that's overkill

Overwhelming's pretty disruptive to a team using items, especially when they're relying on knowing how many charges it takes to do things (repair gens / heal / sabo / other shizz). Suddenly, the addons they brought to make sure their pack can heal 2 health states runs out before they can self heal that second time? Brilliant stuff. Very situational (depends on them having items AND being in your presence) but brilliant.

How to make this perk better? Because your presence is overwhelming, it should make survivors curl up in a ball and cry. To be serious, maybe do doctor skill checks with current effects. Could make someone miss a skill check.

The item constantly loses charges while you are in the killer's terror radius.

Hold on, let’s clarify here: does the faster loss of charges also translate to faster progress on gens/sabo/healing?

Like, if I need 16 charges to heal in 16 seconds, and your perk makes me use that 16 in 8 seconds, do I heal in 8 or am I at a half heal?

If it leaves survivors at a disadvantage and doesn’t buff their ability to do speedy gens/heals, then it’s fine.

Overwhelming Presence works like a reverse Streetwise.

Streetwise causes you to perform actions at 1 charge per second as normal, but you drain charges from your item at a rate of 0.75 charges per second instead.

Overwhelming Presence causes survivors to perform actions at a rate of 1 charge per second, but causes them to drain their item at a rate of 2 charges per second.

You'll heal at normal speed, for example, but a brown medkit will only get you to half full.

Nice! Thanks for the explanation, that makes sense. Super situational perk, but definitely not terrible.
