Deliverance Bugged?
I attempted but went to 2nd stage. Perk description says theres a 100% chance to get off hook. I safety unhooked someone earlier in the match. Anybody else get this?

I saw on Monto's YT vid this happen. But he ended up in struggle.

Do you have a high framerate. Hexy was having the same problem and discovered that if you keep the framerate cap on like 50 or whatever it is that it does work %100 of the time.

Basically there is a bug in the coding of deliverance, Since it's a 100% off a hook. instead of the 4%, It'll stay at 100%, BUT if you bring any luck offerings and or Ace's luck perk. it will instead have a error happen in its 100% so anything over that is resetted back to default, which is 4%. So there's your answer

Deliverance is a useless perk. yeah you get a free kobe but you won't be able to heal.

Hehey, at least game is enjoyable af, even with this toxic community and bugs/exploits that I didn't see since Fallout 3.

Same issue over and over again. Deliverance is active but no free kobe. Also happen to a mate of mine. 1 out of 10 trys will gets you off the hook, the other 9 times you can start struggling.

It only works when it feels like it. Devs knew about it but didn't fix it.

Why even have a PTB if you're not going to make changes based off of it?
