Best looter build?

Obviously Plunders is a must, but what else would you use? Up The Ante seems pretty good cause 12% luck (with 4 people alive), Ace In The Hole seems meh to me, most of the time I get no addon or trash addons from it. Pharmacy search speed is great but you miss out on potentional good loot from a chest since you get the green medkit. What do you guys run?

The Perk only counts Survivors who are not you, so if you're alone, it's useless.

Pharmacy IS nice, but you don't need to be fast. But then again, an Emergency Med-Kit is NOT bad loot at all.

AITH works fine for me, even got an insta-heal 2-3 times. (And 1-2 of those were after they made them more Rare.) To me, equipping that with PI is a no-brainer.

Plunderers, Urban Evasion, Pharmacy (For the grab&go style looting, 'cause the fast search speed is nice), and Streetwise if you wanna make use of your goodies then and there. Otherwise, Ace in the hole

If you just want to hoard good medkits, all you really need is Pharmacy. First chest is always a green medkit, and if you use Ace in the Hole it should sometimes come with an addon as well.

It's a decent alternative to Plunderer's Instinct if yo know where the chests usually spawn and only want one specific item and types of addons for it.

What does that have to do with the post ?

OP, I usually just run plunderer's + Up the ante...That's all you need for good items (Plus luck offering if you want). Pharmacy is an overkill, The speed increase is not worth it.
