Hex: circle of healing is op?
Ok before anyone says anything im a survivor main that dabbles with killer and i personally feel that hex circle of healing is a OP perk and needs a nerf and i would like to see how everyone would change it

personally i would say a number if things could work from reducing the radius that you can be within to heal

Or

when a killer finds it and cleanses it the totem could be broken as well

or even give it a certain amount of charges that it can be used per game or even the dull totem can only be used once per match and if multi survivors are running the perk then like inner strength once that totem is used then that's it it cant be used by any other survivor as a killer doesnt have a counter for the perk just cleanse then its back up as a boon again around 20 seconds later

Anyways those are just some of the ideas that could be used to make the perk a little more balanced and other ideas on how to make the perk more balanced feel free to comment

It is overpowered, if more than one survivor gets to heal himself or herself from that perk.
However, if being used by just one survivor (if the survivor heals himself or herself within the area, and then it gets disabled) - Then, it's completely balanced.

By my opinion, the Boon shall have just one charge - And whenever the survivors do get healed for a total of one health state in that area, the Boon effect disappears.
That way, it would be a way to get somebody or something to heal you, even when other survivors aren't around or available to heal you - However, in such cases, the blessed totems shall be kept blessed, if the creator has been killed, sacrificed, or has disconnected from the match already.

I love the perk pair up with shadow step.
I think personnaly It should be buff :
=> add a BP altruism gain of 500 BP if someone use healing totem
=> add a emblem bonus if someone heal itself with your totem.

after seeing the artist's perks, i'm convinced killers will be able to break boon totems in the near future, especially if they plan to add more boon perks

I don't think so.

I think that SWF can make it OP, but not anymore so than everyone having DH or DS does. In solo queue it's a little annoying, but in a SWF it's very overwhelming and sometimes unfair.

I also really don't find it that strong on its own. As survivor you can really notice when it's just Circle of Healing because people get taken down with BBQ easily, and caught more often when they're trying to get away to heal. Shadow Step allows them to more easily lose the killer and avoid being picked up by BBQ or other aura reading.

Sure enough, as killer I've been getting a lot of downs because of people showing up on my BBQ or thinking they lost me, then being surprised I followed their scratch marks and got downed.

People also get into the mindset of blessing totems > completing gens, and the match beings to slip from their fingers without them noticing it until it's way too late. Lately people are forgetting that gens, not totems, win the game.

It's just not the perk that everyone is saying it was for me, and I was one of those people. I thought boons were going to be disgusting, but I really don't find them impacting my matches as killer and if they're involved in a match that does, it's usually the SWF aspect that heavily influences how that perk plays out.

The only thing I don't like is that a blessing can permanently cleanse a hex. I think that was a mistake and the killer should have been able to relight their totem much faster, but I guess they're going a different route with that mechanic anyways in the upcoming chapter.

imma b totally honest here i actually like the healing boon as killer especially since im a doc "main" (i play him about once evry 3-4 trials) and considering that more thn 80% of the time its only the healing boon being booned :3 you know where the survivors will be and will b ez to spot since theres no shadow step, most of the time, so just go near and u find a survivor hit thm while trying to push where the remaining gens are and switch or comit depending on the situation forcing a reset and putting pressure on gens they eventually boon another tile but it is ez to find again ... tldr: it just tells you where they're gonna heal so use it at your advantage

Most of the time I run it as survivor it is not helping the team and I'd be better off using Self-Care or even Shadow Step. Wasting two slots because needing that perk Small Game for really those ridiculous to find totems.

From my experience COH ends up hurting the team more than gaining, it wastes lots of times settings up a boon totem when they instead they could just do gens. If anything COH needs to be reworked so that solo qs gain more than what SWFs do, how they do it I don't know.

Of the two totems available, it's the weaker one by far. I find myself regularly disappointed by my team when I discover that they only brought the healing totem.

the boons are loud as hell. They can only be OP in indoor maps with more floors. I don't play Killer a lot but when I do I find the boons really quick because like I said.... they are loud af and can be heard over what feels like half the map.
Most of the games the boons are destroyed rly quick. It takes like 2 sec to destroy and 10 to bless. Survivor are sometimes more busy with a boon than with gens. I don't think they are OP. (new boon not included. Pretty sure it will be nerfed soon)
