error 8012 on playing the game

Said error 8012 is this a ddos? I literally just played a series of games with a fine connection and now this.

Just happened to me recently, got disconnected. Thankfully could get back into the game, though matchmaking has been locked for 5 mins.

No me and my team of 3 others just dc'd with this error code at the ending of the game. The sad part is it didn't count the match so we lost out on all the bloodpoint bonuses and the match points, and it also considered us all deserters and banned us from matchmaking for 5 minutes because of the server DC. Unfortunate....

this is the most ♥♥♥♥♥ thing on steam.. it's the weekly steam deployment (not related to dbd)... the question is.. why in tf is in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Tuesday in peak hours?
