Nope, but it was the only "solution" i was replying about...
1) If they are too skilled, leave them and switch to someone else, high chances are other players are much worse;
2) If someone forcing you into looping, ignore him right away, he is mostlikely very skilled;
3) Force them to run towards nearby gens to check for other players and switch.
4) Avoid strong loops like shack and main building, force loops near basement and 3-gens.
5) Make sure they lost sight of you and quickly quit looping, they will still think you are nearby and waste some time waiting for you.
6) Hook players in dead zone even if it takes 10+ seconds to reach faraway hook. Next loop nearby will be impossible for them.
7) Force them to waste pallets early-game, even if they gonna stun you + take perk to reduce stun duration (overpower?). Every time you avoid getting stunned and they do not throw pallet, you waste time for nothing and increase chase lenght.
All valid until you get to top tier MM... then will tend to only see mainly one of the following... SWF squads with 4 top tier players, cheaters and/or players with everything unlocked (Not all, but more often).
When it gets to that stage, doing "something else" is just replacing one turd with another... especially if you are locked with a slow killer or a bad map.
The solution then is to get it over quickly, pretend to chase them but dont (this stops them for clocking on). Get the gens done faster and when done, open the gate yourself, so the timer starts.
MM and map balance is broken and is the route cause of most frustrations caused by gameplay.
You seem like a lost cause. :|
so i play nurse, with the two addons that allow me to recharge my blink more quickly, in 1080x1080, you don't feel like you're playing the same game in fact
I can see her being the ultimate looper breaker and she is unlocked from the get go. She needs practice though and will be punishing to learn the hard way. I don't have the patience to put in more effort than a single key, like loopers just using the W key, that's why i like Clown and trapper... Hit 1 button to counter. Hag apparently is a good stock anti looper but costs and is also not a easy to master killer. If people dont want to keep paying out money just to tackle loopers, they should stick with Trapper and Nurse (when she is unlocked).
Other than that, the basic "ideal" techniques have already been said, there is not much more else to add/do.
Should probably do that before commenting next time to not look stupid :|
Oh i find teleporting a unfair mechanic and the reason why my nurse has only been used for the perks but Looping has gone through the roof the past month and needs must... so when she is unlocked i will be dumping BP on her.
Although with trapper i dont chase after a looper at all, i preempt their looping with him and Clown (of which i stayed away from for ages as i found the idea of a clown hilarious as a killer)... turns out to be my best anti looper (stock). One jar of slow down gives a survivor the ability to only do a single loop before you get them or they waste the pallet... no matter what map or location. The one killer i wanted the least turned out to be one of the most useful to me lately.
The best solutions were already said, Moonwalking, backtracking or mindgames... they are good for "most killers" against 90% of players in 60% of all scenarios... outside of those percentages or additionally... you will need to look at killer characters, as some just cant chase at all and some are good chasers.
Any other factors either costs money or a lot of time mixed with chance... and anything that uses money+time+chance is complete
"I can't mindgame anymore like I used to, it's like they know every move I'm doing and it frustrates me so much."
simply wall hack nothing else
"You'll never meet a more delusional person than a DBD player".
After that there is not much else as there is no specific build or formula that will give you answers to all problems, sometimes you gotta let them go and chase someone else. Just practice and learn to adapt to diff situations and don't be afraid of slugging every often a while to earn a few seconds.
