Survivors escaping without keys or exit gates at 1 gen?

I've had this happen 3 games in a row, always against console players so far. Where 1-3 of them escape every match without finishing the last gen or any of them having keys. Has anyone else been having this issue?

Maybe someone find a key in a chest? The rarity is bugged and most likely that someone found a key.
If 3 survivors are left the hatch spawn after 4 gens

they probably found a key in a chest or if its one person left the hatch opens up and then if they find it they can escape nut it only opens when all other survivors are dead without a key

Are you sure they didn't find a key in a chest? There's been an uptick in how often that happens as of the last patch.

They likely found a key in a chest, it won't show as the item they brought because they found it.

Apparently chests are a bit bugged in that keys are being found very frequently.
