Power struggle itself should cost u 15% wiggle bar in order to drop a pallet
It's such a meme-perk that requires a combination + relying on killer that will slug u or team with flash-light (etc). 15% at tier 3 would make such sense + wouldn't require running flip-flop, unbreakable, ds combo in order to pull it of.

I've managed to get it off at 25%, although often no pallets there because M E G .

Otherwise, I think it's fine as it is. But honestly I'm still recovering from my laughing fit when people thought the perks from the Twin's update was going to be problematic.
This Perk is fine on it's current state. I'm fine with it.

You killers keep saying that when every single change happens in this game, but since forever my survivors queue are instant and when I want to play Nurse I have to wait 20 minutes for a single game.

Still power struggle is a gamble most of the time + survivors have to rely on so many things in order to stun a killer with power struggle.

Still power struggle is a gamble most of the time + survivors have to rely on so many things in order to stun a killer with power struggle.
You also have to hope that Meg didn't drop the pallet.

Pretty sure you're trolling, because literally everyone says the opposite. Unless you play at a very specific time in a very specific region, then this never happens. Survivors always have longer queues (except when a new killer comes out) no matter the time of day just because of the simple fact 4 survivors have to queue for every 1 killer.

Meanwhile, numerous threads appear here everyday from different people complaining about how long survivor queues are, and the same few people everyday pitch in to explain to them why they are waiting so long.

And now you know why it's 25% instead of 15%. Imagine changing it to 15% and running it with all those perks.

You know what it works for? It's technically an anti-slugging perk. Combine it with flip-flop and tenacity and crawl underneath a nearby pallet. If it were 15%, you would need 30% of the bar recovered in order to be able to stun a killer. It is ridiculously easy to reach that if you were slugged near a pallet with these perk combinations.

Yes you are not always near a pallet. That is the gamble of running it. It's a situational perk. There are countless of them. Even unbreakable/DS is a situational perk. It's just that you can be in those situations more often.

Well, for low rank people like you it's instant, but for actual high rank players, it takes forever

Well first of all, survivor dedicate whole 4 perk slots for anti-slugging, if killer isn't slugging and doesn't let other survivors use pallet for rescue grabb then these perks pretty much useless.
Second of all, becauce the current meta is Dead hard/sprint burst, Unbreakable, DS, any perk of choice. Don't you think that as a killer you would prefer to chase a survivor who's running anti-slugging build than survivor with dead hard? Answer is obvious
And the third of all, DBD is competitve game (somewhat), killer should expect survivors using DS, DH, Unbreakable, etc. So the only way how can u use power struggle is using flip-flop alongisde with unbreakable/tenacity and hoping that killer would slugg you under a pallet + will be distracted survivor during recovery time to fill up.
This is pretty much sums up why power struggle isn't reliable perk thus deserve to get buffed.

and comparing power struggle with DS + Unbreakable is like comparing a human to a god. With DS + Ubreakable combo survivor is always safe to pull it of either by using DS or picking himself up = combo is 100% reliable and always work, especially when combined with soul guard. Power struggle on other hand must have 2~3 anti-slugging perks in order to work (wasting 2~3 perk slots) while with DS + Unbreakable, survivor using only 2 perk slots.
