How do they know where I am?
Think a killer may be using an exploit. Rank 14, no perks no items, phasing killer lady. Start of match I hide behind hay. I see her on the other side of the map by turning camera. She turns and walks straight to me. Hooks me. Sits on me for a second then takes off. I get saved, I go clear across the entirety of the map, not seen (have the perk) and have the blood disappears faster perk...I heal up. again, and not following my blood trail, she walks straight to me, rounding a corner to do so. Hooks me. I get unhooked, I get away, She hooks downs someone on the other side of the map. I hide in a locker in a building and count to 10 after the hook. She comes STRAIGHT there again. Like she was watching my screen. How do you counter that?

Most likely she just happened to look like she was heading towards you, and saw you after that. It's possible to hear the survivor's breathing and movement as well.

If you're sprinting at all you're leaving a trail of scratch marks the killer can follow to find you.

Maybe her perks didn't show up due to a bug, and she had Whispers so that she can tell if someone is in the area.

Remember that until the game ends you won't be able to see a killers perks or items.

Normally, I would call it dumb luck, or a really good killer (which is rare in this circumstance). But that is definitely something that seems a bit sketchy. I have been accused of cheating, when it was purely dumb luck. Yet again, there have been times when I can judge a players direction by the way they previously played. Hard to say without seeing the whole picture.

Also I keep getting spawned right next to the killer, like three games in a row.

This game just isn’t fun when you get tunneled in the first 10 seconds

Yeah, but you said "She hooks downs someone on the other side of the map. I hide in a locker."

So if they hooked someone (its hard to tell what you mean, you have an extra word in there regardless) and then you hide in a nearby locker, it's pretty logical for a killer to check where BBQ revealed your last position to be.

As soon as the other person went down i hid. Stayed until after the hook for 10 secs. She shouldn’t have seen me with bbq

Hiding is only so effective in this game, but that could be a smurf.

Any killer can find you easily if they've played the game enough and some people do stay in yellow ranks as killer/survivor because lower ranks have a stricter playstyle. Killer builds that require long drawn out gameplay aren't effective and constantly hiding for survivors isn't either. Throw in aura reading perks and it's a recipe for disaster.

There are so many Blendettes that get to red ranks where I'm at and then act like the killer won't slug and come find them like they haven't had to do that a thousand times. And they're always found.

I know a few really good killers that no longer try to make it to red ranks and play with newbies, and survivors do it too.

This isn't a hide and go seek game. I find so many survivors by accident who are hiding, and I'm only a decent killer.

Eventually you do need to lead a killer on a chase. The key is being able to break the chase by using pallets and jungle gyms to your advantage. That requires mind gaming.

Next time if you're unsure about what happened I'd recommend waiting in the score screen until the game is over to see their perks and addons. There's too many possibilities it could have been.

Sometimes the killer basically spawns within line of sight of you at the start and yeah it sucks, but you just have to try and loop them and waste time while the others get the gens done. If you're the first person they see it's not really tunelling for them to chase you... getting a hook near the beginning of the game is how killers win matches.

Lets say what the OP said was tru.

Some killers due to experience know how survivors are likely to act
and how they travel.

Similar to real life hunting and trails of wildlife.
Wildlife often follows the same path due to habit.

The only thing im struggling with is the last part of your story.
That sounds rather suspicious indeed.

Perhaps there was indeed a bug that did not show any perks.
And what if they had that perk that lights up all survivors the moment
a generator is completed.... just before you went into the locker.

Without a replay function in this game, we can only guess.
(the game has no replay function)

If something is suspicious you should really get all the info you can by:

1. Spectating until the game is over

and then

2. Making note of their add ons and perks.

Without that there's really nothing to see here unfortunately, just a single POV from someone who isn't sure what happened.
