Is the Rift Pass worth it?

If anybody was wondering if they should purchase the "Rift Pass," because it might not be for it. Well let me tell you, it's completely worth it and here's why.

Firstly, you unlock multiple full outfits and a lot of charms. Secondly, you earn Auric Cells back. Overall, you'll earn the same exact amount of Auric Cells back, which you spent...And you'll get a bunch of full sets/charms. I'd say it's 100% worth it (if you can finish it in time.

Or I could keep my 10 euro and not spend it on a bunch of cosmetics I wont use and dont want. Also in order to get your monry back you have to basicly finish the pass. I got halfway in the last one, so think ill pass.

I can appreciate that its good for you and some others. Ive bought other ganes battlepasses before. But dbds is quite bad imo and I want no part of it

I can appreciate that its good for you and some others. Ive bought other ganes battlepasses before. But dbds is quite bad imo and I want no part of it

I will probably never buy DbD's pass. The fact that it has reskins on it is a big no-no to me, especially when some of those reskins are even on the premium track. No pass should ever do that, especially not one in a game that you already have to pay for and is also already selling tons of other cosmetics and DLCs. And those dinky little charms are basically nothing. DbD's is by far the worst battlepass in any game out there in my opinion.

That's true, but at least you get your money back if you finish it. :-)

Most of those charms are garbage looking and the clothing is just blah. You would think in a video game that they could design an actual skateboard charm instead of drawing a skateboard on a flat charm.

That's true, but at least you get your money back if you finish it. :-)

Yes and no. You don't really ever get your money back - once you've given it to them, it's theirs. You just get your auric cells back, that money is stuck in the game no matter what. But regardless, it's not exactly a point I'd give to DbD since almost every other battlepass I've ever seen does the same thing. It's an incentive to get you to play more, so of course they all do it.

Not only that but in order to continuously be able to re-use that initial cost you have to dedicate a massive amount of time. None of it is charity. Well, except for the free section of course.

Yeah, of course they were free. They are literally Billy's default pants with no changes to them other than a different name and a "rare" tag slapped onto it.

Which you could argue actually costs the price of the base game.

Thank god, other games like genshin impact give you time and xp to spare and get to the last level maybe 1 week before the pass ends just by playing around 1 hour every day.
