Is J. Myers Memorial only a "rare" addon?

I swear to god I went through 5 bloodwebs already and yet to find this addon and it's supposed to be "rare" only. I've seen the purple addons more than this one. Is this addon bugged or something?

Thats what happens whenever you try to pull a specific thing out of a web.

I once spent 800K to get a Game Offering.

You can easily end up going through 100s of bloodwebs and never find the specific addon, perk, or offering that you are looking for.. Yes even if the addon is a common/grey/white addon. Sometimes you will go a few bloodwebs then suddenly you find 5 or so of what you are looking for..

So far my record for oddest finds/bloodwebs is a bloodweb with 8 Ebony Mori on it. ( This was also back when they where stronger. I am finding myself more inclined to use them now compared to then.. But back then I would try to keep track of hooks and use the mori on deathhook.. Now I slap it on but then forget most of the time that I even put it on.. XD )

they need to fix the spawn like after it shows up a certain amount of times it'll go on "cool down" to let other spawn.

The problem with that is it kinda defeats the item tier system they have. Might as well have everything the same tier.

I absolutely hate Ebony mori now cause people are so petty they won't let me use it. They suicide on 2nd hook! I just wanna see the mori man.
