Killers:

Speedy Nurse Build. Perks: Play with your food, Noed, Devour Hope, and what ever perk you choose make sure you equip the addon that makes you go 4.6 after landing a hit. you almost never going to win with this build but its fun in my opinion.

maybe if your high green ranks or low purple ranks you should try jumpscare myers which requires just one addon scratched mirror.

Survivors:

The All knowing Survivor: Empathy/Bond, Object of Obsession, Detectives Hunch, and what ever perk you decide to add. its recommended to bring a map if you have one.

[Audacity]

Walking nurse build and body blocker hag are pretty fun and meme you can search up for perks and addons as for survivor Go nomither with inner strength selfcare and medkit for the sake of its stupidity or chest build with appraisal plunder ace in the hole and looting is fun also unbreakble tenacity flip flop and power struggle is fun too

For Survivor, Ninja Build

Red Herring, Diversion, Quick and Quiet, and Deception
Goal? To cause as much stupidity in the match as possible to get the killer to check useless gens or ones you've barely touched, open lockers, and just general stupidity.
Effectiveness? Depends on how much of a potato the killer us. That said, you can waste a lot of the killer's time if you use it effectively, especially with a stealthy skin

There's Also the Useless Survivor Build
No Mither, Self Care, Solidarity, and Object of Obsession
Goal? There is no goal here, you will probably die, and confuse the absolute hell out of people.
Effectiveness? Hahahahaha

I can See you
This one will change when Object gets nerfed
Object of Obsession, Distortion, Off the Record, Lithe
Goal? To see the killer as much as possible, without them seeing you. Distortion will generally be used fairly quickly, but it will give you a chance to navigate a few times
Effectiveness: Surprisingly effective, although pretty toxic


Killer
Basement Build
Iron Grip, Agitation, Mad Grit, Monstrous Shrine
Goal? Get in the basement
Effectiveness? Not very, but kinda funny when you pull it off. Shrine can be replaced with Insidious, for ye old Basement Bubba. Expect lots of Salt

It's over when I say it's over
No Way Out, Remember Me, Blood Warden, Noed
Goal: Go on, do gens. I dare you. The goal is to effectively keep survivors in the game as long as possible by blocking the exit gate, making the gate slow to open, before finally closing the gate with warden when it is opened.
Effectiveness: Surprisingly effective, as long as you can take out the obsession to keep them from touching the gate. That said, you still have to get the 4 unique hooks, but it'll actually buy you around 2 minutes of noed. Keep in mind, survivors will be salty as ♥♥♥♥ and will complain about noed

[Samtar]

Power struggle is very fun and you can do a lot of stuff with it, You can for example pair it with Breakout/Power struggle/Flip Flop/Tenacity and take hits so a teammate will wiggle out.

After that you will Tenacity to a pallet and use Flip Flop + Power Struggle

[Keyrala]

PH with infectious fright, knockout, bloodhound and deathbound. It makes an amazing 4k slug build. (you can replace bloodhound for stridor and deathbound for nurse's)

For Surv:
-Tenacity, Unbreakable, Dead Hard and Flip-Flop.
Thats not working every time, but if you can crawl away, your time to shine has come!

-Saboteur, Dead Hard, Small Game and Decisive Strike or Head On.
Just to destroy the killers stuff and go on his nerves. But don´t expect to survive with this,
killers mostly go full Karen, when you destroy a hook.

For Killer:
-Insidious, Distressing, Unnerving Presence and Huntress lullaby.
Playing this is Wraith you can goof around with Terror radius on/off.

KIller Build

Hook and Go Fast build

Stbfl- For quick attack recovery
Fire Up- For quick picking up of survivors
Agitation- To quickly get to a hook
Devour Hope- To quickly leave a hook.

If things go right, you can do a down, hook, rinse and repeat really fast.
