Built to last isn't working for me
i got in the locker but nothing happened lol (yes the item was fully depleted and yes i was in for more than 12 seconds the thing never did the red countdown timer)

I used it earlier and it was fine. In fact it was amazing. Might be my new favorite perk. Nearly 3 full uses out of each item I take in.....hellllls yeah!

Had same thing with entering locker for 33% charge, circle on perk was starting to go and then was stopping midway, re-entered locker three times, did work on last one lol
