From the time I've been playing, the worst possible hack I encountered was a Wraith using Bond and a Myers who straight walked through walls and Speed Hack Nurses who freeze your wiggle timer. I do understand speedhacking the nurse, the guy didn't even try to blink. That was a kind of fun. But that frozen timer ♥♥♥♥ was not cool.
On the flip side.
Infinite Sprint Burst / Dead Hard always active/ Instant Stand survivors/ Infinite health/ Omega blinding / infinite firecracker ? Might as well just disconnect from the game. No use stressing yourself out.
So for every blatant hacker who recovers from downs or completes generators instantly there are almost certainly dozens more using effectively undetectable cheats like that.
