Is the "Speed Bump" Challenge glitched?

So.. I've had this one challenge I have been trying to do for awhile on level 2 of the tomes... "Speed bump".

"Vault a pallet or window while in a chase 5 time(s) as Yui Kimura. Complete this challenge in a single trial."

I am sure I have actually done this multiple times, but for whatever reason, the challenge is not registering as completed. Is it glitched? Or am I misunderstanding the challenge? Do I need to:

1. Vault a pallet or window while in a SINGLE chase 5 times?
2. Get into 5 different chases and in each one vault a pallet/window?
3. Simply vault a total of 5 windows/pallets within any amount of chases?

Can someone please help me out to understand why this challenge seems to not be working?

It's option 3.
Probably the Achi is glitched, it happenes sometimes, archives just refuse to track your prgress after some games.
Also, note that not every actual chase is registered as chase by the game. It's only considered as "chase" if the chase music plays. You can run, say, Myers for 5 minutes without it being a "chase".

from what it was always the third option, as long as you vault in chase. But it wouldn't surprise me that it is bugged as the hook 24 Survivors Challenge is bugged aswell (you get 1 bonus hook atleast I got one by accident and then I tested it and got another bonus hook)

I didn't know that about the chases. Thank you for the clarification.

It's not the first glitched challenge. The one where you have to open chests is glitched for a lot of people, staying at 4 chests opened no matter what
