It could mean within 5 seconds after a chase started
it could also mean 5 seconds after a chase ended
it could also just mean in a chase
Optional: bring in Quick and Quiet, or Head On for extra fun
Step 1: Equip Bond and Self-Aware
Step 2: Track each of your allies until one of them gets chased.
Step 3: While the killer is busy chasing one or more of your allies, cut into the chase so that the game registers you as being chased.
Step 4: Ensure the killer isn't shifting his attention to you.
Step 5: Break away and get into a locker as hopefully your ally or allies and especially the killer leave. Wait until the game says you escaped. Leave the locker a few seconds after that just to be sure.
Step 6: Celebrate.
That's how I've always done that sort of challenge. Works pretty well. If the killer is focused on you it's all the harder, so be careful. Self-Aware helps you break off from the chase area without leaving tracks, but you have 5 seconds, so try to be where there's plenty of walls and lockers to ensure the killer doesn't see you enter the locker whether you go in rushed or slowly.
