You want to Sabotage hooks without a Toolbox? or what do you mean

You can use saboteur perk with anything and it will still be saboteur build. It's very good alone.

But you can pair it up with empathy, to see where downed survivor is being carried trough the wall.

Saboteur, Mettle of man, Break out, and what ever you want, I would say self care with a flash light or empathy and bring a med kit, it's your choice, also any oak offering.

You can combo spinechill with it pretty well. Now that you have to sabotage a hook while the killer tries to hook a survivor that extra split-seconds when he looks at you can work wonders + spinechill is an amazing information perk in general

it seems interesting but 6% is pretty insignificant
