A few things you can try is to start the game directly from the .exe file on your PC - does this give you any error report?

Also make sure that EAC is not being blocked by your anti virus protection (quick way to test this is to switch off your Antivirus and then try to play the game).

Repair/Reinstall EAC (more information on how to do this can be found in the linked Master Fixes thread below)

Make sure your version of Windows is totally up to date.

Also on that list I've linked above, there's a section called "common buggy dependencies" - I'd follow the steps listed there if the above have not worked.
