Gunslinger = DC ?

At first it seems a good idea about bring new mechanics with Caleb.
But now... playing with more and more gunslingers in a row I begin see troubles with don't look back chase.
Against Huntress I hear sound before throwing hatchet, against Spirit - swish, against Nurse - seagull cry. Against Gunslinger - hear nothing.
Furthermore another long ranger Huntress have no aim, but this one come with pretty aim. Even with small hitbox, sophisticated FPShooters soon begin fast KOS.
Don't like to DC, but 3 escape attempts+release turn to better way to continue play old way DBD

You do hear a sound, a sharp sound that goes up in pitch the longer you're aimed at, thing is that you should literally just look behind you, bait him.

If he misses he's forced to reload and slow himself down, On top of that the miss slows him down as well, so you get much more space between you.

DC'ing against a killer you yourself are bad at facing isn't going to solve the problem, you getting better is gonna do that.
