how to disable chat filter?

It seems very sensitive. like entire phrases get filtered that aren't even considered bad? Is there a way to disable it? I'm an adult.

no, people who like their freedom. if they censor some slurs ok (but in an ADULT ONLY game even that is pure insanity), but that thing they implemented is just bad and horrible implemented. even a simple pattern match system would do a much better job.

I'm surprised they didn't implement something like Overwatch's chat filter. Where you can choose to turn that on, or choose to turn it off. I honestly think that's the best way to go because some people don't want to see the nasty ♥♥♥♥ people say, but at the same time it doesn't bother others.

Sure, because the names of some of the characters and various bits of game terminology - or pertinent words like, you know, kill - are slurs.

I want to turn off this censor because it's terrible. It's difficult to understand what people are saying, period. I'd be fine with it if it was just slurs it blocked, but it's inexplicably invasive and it's creating way more problems for me than solving anything I ever experienced.
