Game frezzes

Hello can someone tell me what this is:The game randomly frezzes sometimes i cant move and the survivors are running into walls,Sometimes it stops after a few second and i can keep playing and most of the time it throws me out of the round.I never had somethink like this befor and i still can play every other game like normaly its just dbd.My ping is 25ms and i have 140-160 mbps so its not my connection
