Like, I don't care if someone mods their perk icons to look different, but anything that can be exploited for an ingame advantage, however slight, will be exploited for it.
- Making Trappers traps bright pink
- Removing/Replacing chase music
- Making tiles translucent.
- Adjusting models to have a better view, giving no chance at loops
And there's more than those listedA couple bad eggs makes the whole room stink.
Modding needs to go.
Remove actual cheats like voice chat and AMD/Nvidia filters. An equalizer can make it so a survivor breathing is absurdly loud. Ban equalizers. A crosshair gives an unfair advantage. Ban crosshairs.
Are you one of those that is using mods for gaining an unfair advantage?
glad i don't have to bother
You need to learn those rules and get serious about them because it's not a game.
We love modders' style, ok? The skins, the models... heh-heh! It's funky.
But imagine we're all on a football team.
The Claudette on the wing, she's rendering a hillbilly model.
Nobody knows what team she's on. Can I farm bp with her?
I DONT KNOW! - And look! Her sledge hammer was clipping in the pallet......
DAMN IT! WE'VE LOST
FIVE
NIL.
So tomorrow, official cosmetics, please. And if you'd be so good, a pair of vanilla game files.
Mods are a plague in that kind of game.
