Does Bhvr actually do anything about this i sent a ticket about some guy in end game chat fabricating stuff about me and he was going to frame me for serious stuff, The thing is i dont know this guy I also sent video evidence

Video evidence is good, but that only really means there's a remote possibility of something happening rather than no chance at all.

Im sure im not the only person hes done this too considering he types paragraphs in the matter of seconds so he most likely has his sentences copy and pasted

When a survvior dies they stay in the chat and type a whole paragraph with excuses and insults, so they wait for the whole duration of the match to press enter as soon as it's over. They might have backup files with premade generic excuses complains and insults just to save time because those people are entitled to say exactly the same after every match is over so.
Don't mind them they're just sad meat bots, the admins are meant to deal wit hthem but they might take time, you do better by just closing the chat permanetnly, is not that anyone in this game uses the chat for anything productive anyway.

Yes, reports are being dealt with, but as of now, you receive no feedback if and what happened. Not everything is a permanent ban, so you won't see it on their profile either, if it's steam and a temp ban.
